How do you stay sharp?

When it comes to staying sharp it is all about staying structured and keeping a routine—this generally involves lots of caffeine, yoga and many checklists!

What quality do you most value in your teammates?

Being able to work as a team and keep each other motivated. Having a confident team who are all working towards the same goal makes getting the work done that much more effective and fun!

What have you learned to do as an adult that many people learn in childhood?

Being a Canadian, skating is something I should have learned during my childhood and still have yet to learn in adulthood!
