What quality do you most value in your teammates?

Integrity. I try to live by the words of Oprah Winfrey, and respect others that do also: “Real integrity is doing the right thing knowing that nobody’s going to know whether you did it or not.”

Why would someone choose Quarry?

Only having been a Q-Mate for a little while, I’ve seen the great collaboration, supportive environment, inspiration and knowledge that fellow Qmates bring to the table. And, we really do have fun at work.

Why Quarry for you?

Quarry’s creative environment, combined with the great reputation for being a great place to work, inspired me to want to work at Quarry. Now that I’m here, I’ve realized it really is as good as it seems.

What is the last book you read and would you recommend it?

I just finished Simon Sinek’s Start with Why. I would absolutely recommend it. From both a personal and professional lens, I believe when you can achieve the clarity of why, you always have a true center to refer back to in any instance.
