How do you stay sharp?

I get at least eight hours of sleep, eat five times a day, and play some power songs. That will get me through anything.

I also find that exercising is good to start my day, so I try to wake up early to go for a quick run whenever possible. If the weather isn’t good, then I’ll do a quick HIIT workout.

It’s not a bad idea to read a little bit about upcoming digital marketing trends, project management best practices, tech, and gadgets to stay up to date.

Last but not least, I have been trying a time-management technique called “Pomodoro” recently and I’ve found that my productivity levels have gone through the roof.

What is your perfect work day/work week?

I find it very satisfying when the team and I are able to reach an important milestone. It’s a great feeling to finish the week knowing that you completed all the tasks you set out to do and see the backlog shrinking.

Bonus: Whenever you learn a new skill or finish a project, and you get to celebrate!

What quality do you most value in your teammates?

When you can tell that they enjoy doing what they do. I believe that if you have this, then you have a supportive, flexible, adaptable, goal-oriented, and overall great team.

Would you rather go into outer space or to the depths of the ocean? Why?

My favourite animal is the giant squid. Its natural habitat is the dark and unexplored depths of the ocean. I think it would be a great experience to explore the unknown and see all these otherworldly creatures that live in the ocean. I guess going to the depths of the ocean is very much like going to outer space in the sense that everything is unexplored and unknown.
