Quarry is currently looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist to join our Marketing Operations Group.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with craft experts across various disciplines through the organization to translate business requirements of marketing strategies into technical requirements that can be leveraged for implementation across marketing technology stacks
  • Implement marketing technology solutions and activate campaigns/programs (i.e. nurture campaigns, data management, lead/account management, lead/account scoring etc.) within client and Quarry marketing technology tools and platforms
  • Build segments and lists across various marketing databases (e.g. marketing automation, ABM, adtech etc.) that match targeting and segmentation criteria for campaigns
  • Lead the design and implementation of marketing technology platform integrations
  • Deliver day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of programs on marketing technology platforms, as well as troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Leverage email and landing page templates to build campaign assets
  • Collaborate with data analytics team on how to best extract, transform and load data from marketing technology tools and platforms to support performance marketing analysis
  • Collaborate with Quarry teammates to evaluate and improve internal processes that drive more effective, efficient and profitable delivery of quality services to clients
  • Support account and project management teams to build project plans for implementing marketing technology solutions
  • Research new marketing technology platforms and capabilities and offer ideas on how to apply to Quarry solutions and services to clients

What we’re seeking:

  • Experience developing and implementing programs and campaigns within enterprise B2B marketing technology stacks (e.g. lead nurturing programs, lead scoring programs, data cleansing and governance programs, CRM integrations)
  • Certified expert (or hands-on experience) in one or multiple B2B enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or HubSpot.
  • Experience building integrations and/or programs and assets within marketing technology tools and platforms that integrate with B2B marketing automation platforms. Certifications or hands-on experience in platforms/tools like Demandbase, 6Sense, Drift, Uberflip, Vidyard, Outreach and SalesLoft are a significant plus.
  • Functional knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce.com, Oracle) and experience integrating with other marketing technologies.
  • An analytical thinker with proven ability to review and manipulate data in order to develop recommendations that are guided by quantitative analysis. Experience performing data analysis using Excel (i.e. Vlookups) a plus.
  • Sharp technical troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate with development teams to debug issues
  • Strong organizational skills, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time.
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external groups to execute on project plans

Required experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience implementing marketing technology solutions, preferably in a B2B marketing environment
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
