Since 1996, Robert has led Quarry’s Database Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts, providing leadership, vision, and focus for clients in various industries. He also initiated our relationships with Nortel, Sprint, and Hoffmann-La Roche. And he continues to help our clients build their business through integrated communications.
Today, Robert leads Quarry’s U.S. operations with a focus on expanding our services outside of Canada. These strategic and creative services build demand by focusing on customer relationships, customer insight, and brand experience. Quarry’s Demand Builder® methodology and service offerings are powerful tools that allow us to articulate and leverage these customer insights, helping our U.S. clients build their brands, businesses, and profits.
Prior to joining Quarry, Robert ran his own database marketing consulting firm, helping clients create effective database marketing and CRM strategies. These clients included: Compaq Canada, Rogers Cablesystems, and Hoffmann-La Roche. Robert has also been a regular speaker at Canadian conferences on database marketing and guest speaker at various Ontario universities.
